We ship to most destinations worldwide. We use Royal Mail for all shipping, although due to weight restrictions and other factors, we may occasionally use a courier, in which case you will be informed in advance.

We use the following methods of shipping :

UK - Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery
Europe - Royal Mail International Tracked
Rest of World - Royal Mail International Tracked

Your exact shipping cost will be worked out automatically when you select your country in the checkout menu. If you do not see your country listed, then please contact us in advance, and we can arrange an alternative shipping method.

For international orders, a valid email address including country/area codes must be provided.

IMPORT DUTIES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes or customs fees that are beyond our control. All deliveries are subject to the laws, duties, and taxes of the destination country. Any fees, including admin fees, imposed as part of this process are the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS

Unsuitable items can be returned to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of you receiving the item(s). All items must be in brand-new and unworn condition and with original tags attached.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept worn or used items back under any circumstances.
