SHIPPING

We ship to most destinations worldwide. We use Royal Mail for all shipping, although due to weight restrictions and other factors, we may occasionally use a courier, in which case you will be informed in advance.

We use the following methods of shipping :

UK - Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery
Europe - Royal Mail International Tracked
Rest of World - Royal Mail International Tracked

For each of the above methods, we will provide a tracking number and the parcel

Your exact shipping cost will be worked out automatically when you select your country in the checkout menu. If you do not see your country listed, then don't hesitate to get in touch with us in advance, and we can arrange an alternative shipping method.

For international orders, a valid email address and contact telephone number that includes the country/area code must be provided.

IMPORT DUTIES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes or customs fees that are beyond our control. All deliveries are subject to the laws, duties, and taxes of the destination country. Any fees, including admin fees, imposed as part of this process are the responsibility of the recipient.

IMPORTANT- ALL ORDERS TO THE U.S AND E.U.- PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER- THE TOTAL YOU SEE WILL NOT INCLUDE CUSTOMS DUTIES AND HANDLING FEES- WE WILL EMAIL YOU WITH AN ESTIMATED COST SOON AFTER PLACING THE ORDER. ONCE YOU ARE HAPPY TO PAY, WE WILL SEND A PAYMENT LINK (EITHER VIA PAYPAL OR SQUARE CARD PAYMENTS, THEN WE WILL ADD/PAY TO THE CUSTOMS PAID FORM, WHICH WILL SEE YOUR ORDER CLEAR CUSTOMS. IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY AFTER WE HAVE GIVEN YOU THE CUSTOMS FEES, WE WILL CANCEL AND REFUND YOU. WE APOLOGISE FOR THIS, BUT IT IS OUT OF OUR HANDS. HOPEFULLY THIS WILL CHANGE IN THE FUTURE

RETURNS

Unsuitable items can be returned to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of you receiving the item(s). All items must be in brand-new, unworn condition and with original tags attached. Unfortunately, we cannot accept worn or used items back under any circumstances.

As a made-to-order brand, our t-shirts and sweatshirts are individually produced upon purchase. Because each piece requires upfront supply and material costs to create, we continuously monitor order and return histories. In cases of excessive or high-volume returns from a single buyer, we reserve the right to decline or cancel future orders from that individual to ensure our production remains sustainable.

PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN POSTAGE COSTS, AND WE DO NOT REFUND ANY POSTAGE COSTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. We are not responsible for any customs charges that may accrue on International orders.
